It started in a doorway in Lima.
One unanswered door in 2017 revealed many of the seams in ultra-luxury travel and began a five-year infrastructure build across fifty countries. A kingdom, quietly built.

It started in a doorway in Lima.
Ms. K. Derhem was visiting family in Lima, Peru. Her host had warned her about safety risks at the airport and in the neighborhood. When she arrived at the rental, no one answered the door. She stood outside for four hours.
That moment crystallized the gap at the top of the market: the world's wealthiest travelers were paying $20,000 a night and receiving consumer-grade infrastructure; no vetting, no preparation, no one accountable at the door. The answer could not be a better listing. It had to be a system built from the ground up to a standard the category had never attempted before.

The Build
Five years building the infrastructure.
Rather than rush to open the door, the team spent five years building the operating layer the category was missing, across more than fifty countries: training local crews, refining the playbooks and testing every detail in private, from the chef on the morning of arrival to the captain at the marina, to the bedside flowers no one asked for, but everyone notices.
The Sovereign Kingdom opens its doors to members in 2026 as the new standard in luxury, with the work, the standard and the comfort already in place!
